Premier Strength and Agility Training Program

NXT LVL ATHLETICS is a premier strength and agility training program designed to help athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Our program is based on the latest sports science research and is tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete. All of our trainers hold certifications.



Frank Davis, owner, played in the NFL and has been a strength & agility coach for multiple D-1 schools including Oklahoma, UCLA & U of A, and the Philadelphia Phillies organization. 

We use a variety of training methods including weight lifting, plyometrics, agility drills, and conditioning exercises to help athletes build the physical foundation they need to excel in their sport.
